Bath Experts is an Indianapolis-based bath remodeling company serving Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. They hold an exclusive Jacuzzi dealership for their service area, meaning they are the only authorized Jacuzzi walk-in tub dealer in their region. Beyond walk-in tubs, Bath Experts handles the full range of bath remodeling: tub replacement, shower conversion, accessible shower, and complete bathroom renovation.
With 2,058 Google reviews at 4.8 stars, one of the highest review averages in the regional bath remodeling category, Bath Experts has built a strong local reputation built on installation quality and customer communication. Their full-service bath focus in a three-state market creates operational depth that generalist contractors serving many trades cannot match.

Tub replacement and shower conversion typical range for this work: $7,000–$18,000: Standard bath remodeling services: tub replacement with new acrylic or composite tub and surround, tub-to-shower conversion, and walk-in shower installation. One-day installations available for standard scope projects.

Consultation: Free in-home consultation with product presentation and written quote. For Jacuzzi walk-in tubs specifically, Bath Experts can show full product specs and configuration options as an authorized dealer.

Best fit: Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky homeowners who want a Jacuzzi walk-in tub (Bath Experts is the only authorized dealer in the area) or who want a highly-rated regional bath specialist for any bath remodeling project. The 4.8-star average and single-trade focus make them one of the strongest bath options in the three-state market.
Consider alternatives if: You are outside IN, OH, or KY. For walk-in tubs from other brands (Kohler, American Standard, Independent Home), other dealers will be needed in this market. For bath remodeling from a larger regional or national company, ImproveIt! (also IN, OH) or West Shore Home serve overlapping areas.
